Optional: Dryland Training @ Crossfit Edge

NEW THIS YEAR
Sportattack Hockey is now offering “Dryland Training” through Crossfit Edge in Airdrie.
We will be offering hockey related dryland training for 1 hour a week as well.
The cost of this dryland training will be an additional $ 80.00 and times will be given prior to camp.
8 - 1 Hour Sessions
COST: $80.00

With the word "conditioning" being attached to the camp title, means you will be put through conditioning skates. These skates are designed to give the player a good foundation of cardiovascular stamina heading into their tryouts. These skates will not be easy. At the same time we will be working on puck handling, passing and situational play (1 on 1, 2 on 1 etc.)

As the City of Airdrie is unable to confirm dates and times until January, these dates may change; but the Months will be the same. In general, we have always been successful at obtaining these dates.
